Advanced Communication – Hearing Silence in the Workplace

Moving beyond personal communication, this course explores the communication systems and programs in place within the organization, and stresses the importance of creating an environment where good communication is encouraged and nurtured. Participants will discuss direct and indirect communication and the importance of a consistent message. Participants learn to identify missing elements of communication within the organization, to distinguish information from communication and to design communication programs for specific projects.
