Extreme Team Makeover – Leading the Virtual Team

In many organizations, today’s teams are often no longer physically in one office or time zone. Leaders must successfully convert a collection of physically remote individuals into a high performing virtual team. This requires a different leadership skill set. This workshop will teach participants techniques for keeping a virtual team engaged as well as the communication strategies needed to keep every individual plugged into the work when they may not physically see each other daily.
