Women now outnumber men in the workforce and yet very few of them head Fortune 100 companies or serve on Boards of Directors. Laws are in place to address discrimination so why have women not seen more progress? In this provocative seminar, Margaret Morford asks women to examine more closely the behaviors that females engage in that may be holding them back. Participants are challenged to answer unsettling questions about what they do as employees that may be unconsciously sabotaging their advancement and the advancement of other women in their organization. This seminar is not a philosophical discussion about what needs to change for women to truly advance, but a candid look at what women can do to become successful in today’s real work world.
