Change Management – Flexibility Yoga Style
Nothing is more prevalent in organizations today than change. Change affects every employee every day. An organization’s success in implementing change, structures, policies, and systems is no better than each individual’s ability to accept and adapt to change. Based on research about how the brain processes new information and the skills used by successful change agents, this course outlines the stages of change everyone moves through. Participants learn to identify those stages and techniques for bringing themselves and their work group successfully through the change process.
