Delegation is a leadership skill few fully understand. It can be used either as an excuse for dumping numerous projects onto the shoulders of subordinates or as a dynamic tool for motivating and training your employees to realize their full potential. The art and science of delegating can increase motivation, confidence and personal growth in subordinates, while allowing managers to focus on strategic activities. This session will teach participants how to avoid doing everything themselves and to delegate according to the skill sets in the work group as well as what to delegate to whom and why.
