Effective Performance Appraisals – How to Avoid the Mr. Potato Head Management System
Organizations waste hundreds of man-hours annually doing performance appraisals that do not motivate their employees nor improve them. In this session, managers are taught how to make good employees better and how to effectively encourage employees to address weaknesses in their work performance.
