Workplace Violence – Signs of Troubled Times

With workplace violence on the rise in the last ten years, organizations must prepare themselves to deal with escalating emotions at work. Participants will learn how to screen potential employees for violent tendencies and how to measure their organization’s propensity for violence. They are taught how to deal with violent behavior when it occurs and various prevention measures that can be implemented.
